1. Introduction
Welcome to Xspare. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to abide by the terms set forth in this document. Please read them carefully.
2. Services Offered
Xspare enables users to purchase used automobile spare parts online. All products are listed by third-party sellers and verified for quality by Xspare.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices listed are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments must be made in full at the time of placing the order via Razorpay (UPI, credit/debit cards, wallets, net banking, etc.).
4. Shipping & Delivery
Standard delivery time is 2–3 working days. Same-day delivery is available for eligible locations with an additional delivery charge.
5. Return & Refund
Returns are only accepted for damaged or faulty items delivered. Any damage caused by the customer will not be eligible for return or refund.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
7. Liability
We are not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of our products or services. All liability rests with the vendor after dispatch.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed under the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts under Thrissur jurisdiction.
🔄 Refund Policy
At Xspare, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Refunds are processed only for damaged or faulty parts delivered to the customer.
- The customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, along with photo/video proof of the issue.
- Refunds will be initiated after inspection and approval by our team.
- It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your original payment method.
Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:
- Wrong part ordered by the customer.
- Product damaged after delivery due to customer mishandling.
- Missing original packaging or tampered products.

❌ Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
- Before Dispatch: Cancellation is allowed if the product hasn’t been packed or dispatched. Contact us immediately at info@xspare.in.
- After Dispatch: No cancellations will be accepted.
In case of prepaid orders, the refund will be initiated within 3–5 business days after successful cancellation and may take 5–7 business days to reflect.
